Rhinebeck Equine LLP offers three internships each year for newly graduated veterinarians wishing to get a well rounded experience in private equine practice. Interns gain all the necessary skills to be successful general equine practitioners while under the guidance of our experienced veterinarians. In addition, we offer an internship for a veterinarian wishing to concentrate solely in surgery in preparation for surgical residency. We also offer an extern program for veterinary students wishing to spend 1-6 weeks at our practice exploring equine medicine and surgery. Drs. Grice and Bassage coordinate the internship and externship programs at Rhinebeck Equine. In addition, this internship is appropriate for a veterinarian wishing to prepare for a surgical residency.
