We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Client Service team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for our hospital doctors and their clients, while supporting our hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person; assess needs and facilitate appropriate next steps

  • Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism, empathy, and strong communication

  • Discuss billing clearly and comfortably with clients; process payments, collect deposits, and complete required paperwork

  • Enter and manage client and patient information accurately in our practice management system (HVMS)

  • Prepare invoices, calculate charges, and ensure accurate financial documentation

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to support seamless hospital operations

  • Use proper equine terminology when interacting with clients and staff

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Recent experience in an equine hospital or veterinary client service role (highly preferred)

  • Proficiency in computer use

  • Strong typing, billing, invoicing, and calculation skills

  • Developed client interaction and communication abilities

  • Knowledge of equine terminology is required

  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure in a dynamic setting
