Request Coggins or Health Certificate

Please submit your Health Certificate and Vaccine Certificate requests using our online forms.

Please allow 1-2 business days for Interstate Health Certificates and Vaccine Certificates and 7-10 business days for International Health Certificates. A physical exam within 30 days is required for all health certificates.

Access Existing Coggins and Health Certificates

You can access your horse’s existing Coggins and health certificates online 24/7 via Global Vet Link!

1. Go to Global Vet Link.

2. Select "Animal Owner" or "Animal Agent."

3. Use the email address that Rhinebeck Equine has on file to create your account.

Attention trainers and barn managers: Sign up as an "Animal Agent" so that we can connect your client’s horses to your account. Additional information is required to set up an agent account.

Vaccine certificates

If you need a vaccine certificate, please contact us to request it one week in advance. Additionally, a fee will be charged for after-hours document requests.
